He is survived by: his parents, Rosalio Rodriguez and Irene Rodriguez (Perry); his wife Elvira Cyprian; his daughters, Samantha Rodriguez-Hartshorn (Russell) of Uvalde, Sabrina Rodriguez of Uvalde and Hendrix (Christopher) of Uvalde; his siblings, Esther Gomez of Uvalde, Dora Canales of Houston, Elva Hernandez of Uvalde, Gloria Barrera of Uvalde, Andrea Zapata of Austin, Linda Chapa of Corpus Christi, Joe Rodriguez of Uvalde and Esteven Rodriguez (Stevie) of Uvalde; and his granddaughter Rylee West Hartshorn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
