With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Gregory McNeill in Valley Mills, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 12, 2025 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Joseph LeGrand McNeill and Lieutenant Katharine Maki McNeill; and his siblings, Deborah McNeill and Joseph McNeill. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth McKain (Jason) and Emily Rasberry (Michael); and his grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Emerson McKain, Owen and Callan Rasberry.
