It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Jeanette Tramell of Van Alstyne, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Newell and Dovie Newell; her husband Jack Trammell; her children, Mark Trammell and Cindy English; and her siblings, Hal Newell, Bill Newell and Lois Brannum.

She is survived by: her son Jim Trammell (Janet); and her sister-in-law Gwen Thompson. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
