He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rudolph, Iva Fox, Robert and Carolyn Haynes; his uncle Robert Haynes; and his nephew Oliver Fox.
He is survived by: his parents, Vick Fox of Van Alstyne and Sharon Lanham; his stepfather James Lanham of Van Alstyne; his siblings, Randy Fox (Beth) of Van Alstyne, Jessica Beazley (Justin) of Van Alstyne and Lacie Fox of Taylor; his sons, Caisen Riley Justice of Milburn, OK and Ricky William Fox Jr. of Whitewright; and his nieces, Alexis of Van Alstyne, Peyton of Van Alstyne, Emmalyn of Van Alstyne and Olivia of Van Alstyne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
