Roy Adams Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on July 11, 2025, at the age of 92, Roy Adams (Van Alstyne, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy F. Adams and Beulah Burr Adams; and his sisters, Pat Naylor (Bill), Beth Neill (Hugh Robert) and Dottie Molter.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Rattan Adams; his children, Dawn Powell, Darja Rich (Mark), Dallas, Adam Adams (Sondra) and Alicia Yancey (Ken); his grandchildren, Matt Powell (Emily), Cody Powell Harding (Luke), Ashley Rich, Will Yancey (Heather), Heath Yancey and Caroline Bohne (Trent); and his brother-in-law Glen Molter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Christian Church, Van Alstyne.
