He is survived by: his wife Roberta; his children, Joshua, Nathaniel, Heidi (Matthew) and Whitney (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Luna, Memphis, Grayson, Addelyn and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, in memory of Tom.
