Ann Thomas Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 23, 2026, at the age of 87, Ann Thomas of Van Horn, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hood P. Wise and Mable Ford Kilgore Wise; her husband James Franklin Thomas; her son Mallie "Mal" Wise Thomas; her daughter-in-law JoAnn; her granddaughter Heather Ann; and her brother E. F. Wise.

She is survived by: her daughter Paige Thomas Moreland (Kelly) of Rogers, AR; her grandchildren, Malorie LuAnn Moreland of Rogers, Thomas Kelly Moreland (Kelsey) of Rogers and James Ryan Moreland (Raya) of Fayetteville, AR; and her great grandchildren, Margot Annalyn and Marshall Thomas.
