He is survived by : his wife Vivian Marie Black; his sons, Jeffrey Wayne Black of San Antonio, Texas and Michael Craig Black of Van Vleck, Texas; his nephews, William Emory Black, Jr. of Houston, Texas and Rodney Ray Black (Nadia) of Castle Rock, Colorado.; and his niece Marie Elizabeth Black of San Antonio.
