He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Donna Charleton (Dennis), Ronnie Toney (Jazmine), Cassandra Cohea (Anthony) and James Orr (Sophie); his grandchildren, Victor Lee Everett, Jr. (Vanessa), Leia Ruth Toth (Tony), Brent Charleton, Jaclyn Calhoun (Jeff), Lishell Toney, Alissa Toney (Angel), Ronald Toney, Jr. and J. D. Cohea (Anne); and his brother-in-law William Ridenour (Nancy). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
