He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ballard of Colfax, Texas; his children, Kim Bell (Jerry) of Rowlett and Billy Bruce Ballard (Raedene) of Dallas; and his stepchildren, Rhonda Hernandez (Felix) and Dwayne Robbins of Canton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, family and friends.
