He is survived by: his wife Vanicia Simmons Forder (Neccia); his children, Ronnie Cotten, Jonathan Forder, Darrell Donovan, Shane Donovan, Lakeasha Jones-Forder and Lindsey Donovan-Cooksy; his siblings, Randy Posey, Boyd Hale, Tonia Cooksy and Lisa Pruitt; his cousins, AC, Randall, Johnny Charles, Patricia and Cindy Herrera (late Felipe Herrera); and his friends, Mark Gracy and Terry Strickland. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
