She is survived by: her husband Gerald Gilbert of Ben Wheeler; her son Jim; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Gilbert of Ben Wheeler; her grandchildren, Jillian and James Gilbert; and her sister-in-law Joan Baker. She is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
