He is survived by: his niece DeeAnna Monroe; his grandchildren, Jennifer Burns and Richards Burns; his great grandchild Clayton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelva Curts, Gloria Brown, Terri Pogue, Scott Monroe and Shane Smith.
