In the vast expanse of eternity, Linda shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Linda farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Edward Nixon and Nellie Mae Beardon Nixon; and her brother Michael Johnson. She is survived by: her husband John Prater of Van; and her children, Scott Prater (Treva) of Van, Julie Wilson of Ben Wheeler and Debbie Bray of Van. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
