She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lee and Annie Euline Burgess; and her husband Charlie Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Martin (Cindy) and Stephanie Atkins (Kenny); her granddaughter Ashley Hines (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Peyton and Jackson Hines; her granddaughter Delayna Williams (Zach); her great grandchildren, Kenleigh and Zoey Williams; and her siblings, Joan Marie Woods (Don) and James Lee Burgess (Sherri). She is also survived by three nephews and their families, and an uncle and his wife.
