We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, at the age of 87, Marilyn G. Merchant in Venus, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernice Watts and Luther Watts; her siblings, Curtis (Bobby Watts) and Dorothy Gray; and her son Tommy Merchant.

She is survived by : her husband Charles Merchant; and her children, Lynn Hill, Kim Bragg, Cheryl Hulsey, Charles Jr., Harold and Brian Merchant. She is also survived by family and friends.

Whether it was through donations to VFW Youth Projects or volunteering at local charities, Marilyn made a difference in the lives of others.
