He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Herschel Grant and Emma Jean Underwood Grant; his sister Brenda Arnn; his brother-in-law Joseph Dillon; his nieces, Brynlee Hampton and Timye Grant; and the mother of his children Bobbye Mooney.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Grant of Vernon, Joseph Grant of Vernon and Jonathan Grant of Austin; his stepdaughter Candye Owens (Neal) of Austin, Texas.; his siblings, John Grant (Cynthia) of Vernon, Kenneth Grant (Mary) of Childress, Charles Grant (Timberly) of Paducah, Rodney Grant of Paducah, Randy Grant (Nina) of Paducah, Texas., Linda McGough (Tim) of Granite and Cindy Melton (Gordon) of Paducah, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Grant, Zaree Levell, Bryce Sunday, Harlie Sunday and Austin Hall. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
