She was predeceased by : her husband Ramon Welch. She is survived by : her children, Denise Schmidt (Terry) of Sacramento, CA, Troy Andrew Welch and Michael Dell Welch (Marcia) of Midland, TX. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
