He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Garnett and Alma Webb Garnett; his wife Flo Leuenberger; and his grandson Elliot Bray. He is survived by: his daughters, Lesli and Libbi. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his two younger brothers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel (1801 Houston St, Vernon, TX 76384). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (2001 Yucca Ln, Vernon, TX 76384).
