He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Erwin Raschke and Anna Marie Mertink Raschke; and his brothers, Tony Raschke and Kenneth Raschke. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Raschke (Kelsey) of Electra and Rina Lagrone (Tommy) of Quanah; his siblings, Dennis Raschke (Demetra) and Lisa Singleton (Casey) of Chillicothe; and his stepchildren, Bryan Eason, Heath Eason and Corina Eason. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
