He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy Don Rice, Ann Florence Rice, Shirley Louise Cline and Dorvan Summers. He is survived by: his parents, Carie "April" Cook and Donald Lynn Cook Jr. "Dee" of Electra, TX; his son Avian of Electra, TX; his grandchildren, Raiden and Joziah of Vernon, TX; his siblings, Treyce (Kat) of Tuttle, OK and MacKenzie of Moore, OK; his niece Magnolia of Tuttle, OK; his fiancé Kassy of Vernon, TX; and his grandparents, Tim Miller of Electra, TX, Terry, Walt Monroe of Quanah, TX, Donald Cook Sr. of Dallas, TX and Gary Williamson of Burkburnett, TX. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
