He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Browning Collier and Glennie Rutherford Collier; his wife Gloria Collier; and his siblings, B. J. Collier, Dorothy Skipworth, Ora Mae Bishop, Wanda Calvin, Patsy Perkins and Anna Chism.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Dale Collier of Kansas City and Donna Jean Collier Prince (Randy) of Vernon; his grandchildren, Bradley Collier (Karina), Nicole Collier, Bud Collier, Dustin Prince (Ana) and Tarin Prince Mulkey (Brian); his great grandchildren, Rylee Collier, Luke Collier, Alba Prince, Ada Prince, Brynley Mulkey, Mazelyn Mulkey and Maxen Mulkey; his sisters, Mary Bryant of Weatherford and Nita Carolyn Byers (Randy) of Wichita Falls; and his sister-in-law Sandra Smithwick.
