She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Tom L. Longmiles and Annie L. Paul Longmiles; her husband John Henry Phillips; her sons, John Henry Phillips Jr. and Raymond Carl Phillips; and her siblings, Harold, Tommy, George, Paul, Silas Longmiles, Ruthie Brown, Arnee Smith and Tommie L Mitchell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shree Huff (Jason), Kevin Sims (Chiara), Raymond Carl Phillips Jr., Tiffany Conniff and Cecela Willie (Marcus); her great grandchildren, Christopher, Chiania (Andrew), Chloe, Chase, Sean (Lillie), Olivia and Kristen; her siblings, David Longmiles (Berniece) and Ethel Wilson (Donny Ray); and her niece Wanda J. Mitchell. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
