It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Douglas Brown of Vernon, Texas, born in Loraine, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Robert and Etta Mae Brown (Foy); his wife Billie June Brown; his sons, Steve Brown and Monty Brown; his sister Jean Miller; and his grandson Robert Brown.
He is survived by : his son Alan; his daughter-in-law Charlotte Brown of Huntsville, Arkansas; his daughter Nancy; and his children-in-law, Benton Sosolik of Waco, Texas and Jan Brown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
