He is survived by: his wife Audrey Faye Smith; his son David Smith (Holly); his siblings, Stephan Smith of Castle Rock, Colorado, Pat Wheeler (Andrew) of Van Horne and Deb Smith of Fowler, Colorado; his grandchildren, Christopher Smith (Melanie), Sebastian Smith, Klare Smith and Aaron Smith; and his great grandchildren, Emerie Smith and Brayden Smith.
