She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Bryant, Sr. and Elnora Bell Bryant; her siblings, Frances Randle, Eddie Bryant, Jr., Clarence Bryant and Eunice Williams; and her daughter Mittie Austin.
She is survived by: her husband U. L. Austin; her children, Bryan Austin (Candace), Sonya Austin and Samuel Trent Austin; her grandchildren, Bryan "Austin" Austin, Jr. (Khushbu), Alexis Austin, Corey Belser, Cali Austin and Cash Austin; and her half-sister Debra Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
