He was predeceased by: his daughter Margaret Rogers; his parents, Charles Frank Bolech and Frances Anna Bolech (Veselka); and his wife Marian Bolech (Darilek). He is survived by: his children, Patricia Boldt (Raymond) and Ben Bolech, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jason Boldt (Shayla), Elizabeth Floyd (Aaron) and Jessica Gray (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Avery, Zoe Boldt, Reese, Ryan, Rawley Floyd, Will and Cora Gray.
