It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bette J. Painter of Victoria, Texas, who passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Thurmond Morgan and Mary Elizabeth Morgan; and her friends, Margie and Benny Hurdle. She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Painter (June); her daughters, Ronna Gross (Dennis) and Connie Stoneburner (Troy); her brother Larry Morgan (Mary Ellen); her granddaughter Julie Davis (Gary); and her great grandchildren, Luke Mitchell, Grant Mitchell and Brady Mitchell.
