He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Carr and Lena Tugwell Carr Vaughan; his siblings, Jerry Carr, Patsy Henry of Shamrock, TX and Debbie Bills of Georgetown, TX; his brother-in-law Ran Henry; and his niece Kathryn Elaine Sanders (Keith).
He is survived by: his wife Melba Jo Carr; his children, Bobby Gene Carr, Jr. of Austin, TX, Marianne Winn (Mark) of Lesterville, MO and Martha Jane Peoples of Corpus Christi, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Bills of Georgetown, TX and Linda Carr of Decatur, TX. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
