He is survived by: his sons, Hans Christopher Chaput of Victoria and Christopher Dennis Chaput, MD of San Antonio; his spouse Jacquelin Foreman Chaput; his stepson Robert Jason Foreman of Edinburg; and his grandchildren, Madeline Brooks Chaput and Jackson Grant Chaput.
