He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Schramek and Helen M. Schramek. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Schramek; his son Douglas Mangini (Renee); his stepsons, James D. Knezek (Julie) and Mark Knezek (Shelly); his grandchildren, Sabrina Mangini, Aiden Knezek, Carter Knezek, Lily Knezek, Magnolia Knezek and Iris Knezek; and his brothers, Henry Schramek and William Schramek.
