He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Cuellar Sr.; and his sister Margo Cuellar. He is survived by: his mother Cruz G. Cuellar; his wife Elsa (El); his brother Manuel Cuellar Jr. (Sarita); and his children, Sabrina Emiliano, Jessica Pena, Stephanie Pena, Marc Anthony (Lori), John Manuel (Veronica), Joshua Michael, Dominique and Roman Emiliano III. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
