He was predeceased by: his parents, Willnetta Eileen McNeely Miles and Millard Miles; and his brother Richard Miles. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Rhodes; his children, Krista Stravach (David) of Pennsylvania, Shelly Schaefer of Texas and Jeremy Miles (Luz) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, L. Stravach, Quinn Stravach, Gillian Stravach and Iyla Miles; and his siblings, Penny Peters of Arizona, Cindy Crump of Indiana and Donald Miles of Missouri.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in his honor to Hospice of South Texas or MD Anderson.
