It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John A. Williams (Victoria, Texas), born in Goliad, Texas, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Roosevelt Williams Sr.; and his siblings, Lawrence Williams, Mattie Louise Williams, Stanley Williams and Darnell Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Tasha Giles (James), LaToya Williams, Kayla Williams, Azalea Williams and Jordan Williams; his stepchildren, Kristian Marshall (Nicholas) and Celeste Sailes; his aunt Louise Perryman; his siblings, Allen Williams (Faye), Roosevelt Williams, Jr. (Carol), Liza Perry (Edwin), Tommy Williams, Alice Ross (Bobby), JoAnn Ross, Chris Williams, Ralph Williams, Ernestine Williams and Farris Avery; and the mother of his children Lorraine Randle. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
