Jordan Sanchez Obituary

Jordan Nathaniel Sanchez passed from this earth, Saturday, December 4, 2021. Family and friends will gather for visitation, Sunday, December 12th at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy in Victoria from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, Rosary will be prayed at 7:00PM. Funeral Mass will be at 9:00AM, Monday, December 13th at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 208 W. River St. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Randy Sanchez, Manuel Sanchez, Miguel Gonzales, Antonio Juarez, Thomas Torres, and Marcus Garcia. Honorary Pallbearers will be Devin Ramirez and Joseph Cisneros. A native Texan, Jordan was born April 8th, 2004, in Victoria. Jordan attended Victoria East High School and was a part of the 2023 graduating class.

He was also a member of the National Jr. Honors Society. Jordan aspired to become a counselor, because of his own counselors that had guided him. He loved to help people. Jordan was very intelligent and loved a good debate, and often challenged others to prove him wrong because he loved to prove his point. Jordan enjoyed anime, beatbox music, and drawing.

Jordan loved his mother and would do anything he could to help her and take care of her. Jordan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rebecca Guerrero. Jordan is survived by his mother, Veronica Sanchez; brothers, Devin Ramirez and Joseph Cisneros; aunt, Marisol Guerrero; uncle, Juan Guerrero and his wife, Lisa; several great aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; and Jordan's two closest friends Hannah Hibbard and Travis Nesloney.
