She was predeceased by: her parents, Mauricio S. Jauregui and Eva Gomez Jauregui; and her siblings, Adam Jauregui, Clotilde Hernandez, Dora Delgado, Margarita Avila and Pauline Ruiz.
She is survived by: her family Jesse; her husband Dr. Jesse V. De Leon; her children, Kristina Collmar, Laura Spence (Charles), Marcie De Leon and Jesse Eric De Leon (Meredith); her grandchildren, Callan, Cecilia, Carlos, Maximilian, Alex, Isobella, Nicolas and Colette; and her siblings, Gloria Avelar, Refugio Jauregui, Simon Jauregui, Eva Galicia, Luis Jauregui and Julia Margaret Cortez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Synovial Sarcoma Foundation in honor of Lydia.
