He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rios Matthews; his children, Susan Cliber (Robert) of Washington, Melissa Magee (Matthew) of Oregon, Paul Matthews (Adele) of California and David Matthews (Jessica) of Florida; his stepchildren, Katelin Ford (Tony) of Ohio and Grayson Ford of Victoria, Texas.; and his siblings, Pam Evans (Bill), Linda Fraizer (Gary) and Jeff Matthews (Paula) of Oregon. He is also survived by grandchildren.
