He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulogio Amaro and Natalia Gonzales; his wife Mary Mendez Amaro; his children, Beatrice Amaro Ordonez and Jesse Amaro; and his sons-in-law, Julian Galindo Sr., Albert Ordonez Sr. Serving, Robert Ordonez, Julian Galindo Jr., Joe Amaro, Sammy Aguirre, Sean Vargas, Luther Easley, Jaime Vargas and Stephen Amaro.
He is survived by: his children, Natalie Amaro Galindo, Angie Vargas (Tony) of Victoria, Isabel Amaro Easley (Rex) of Victoria, Johnny Amaro (Hope) of Victoria, Richard Amaro (Amelia) of Victoria and Paul Amaro Jr. (Linda) of Victoria. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
