He was predeceased by: his wife Elva G. Pizaña; his daughters, Belinda (Ruben Gonzales) and Leticia (Angel Garcia Sr.); and his siblings, Manuel, Julián, Rafael, Jose Luis, Zolia Gonzalez, Guadalupe Cantu, Carmen Pizana and Diamantina Aguilar.
He is survived by: his sons, Pedro Pizaña Jr. (Debbie), Andres Pizaña Sr. (Judy) and Abel Pizaña Sr. (Sadie); and his sisters, Rosie Gonzalez, Gloria Caceres and Norma Lucio. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Grace Funeral Home (2401 Houston Hwy, Victoria, TX 77901). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
