He is survived by: his wife Joyce Gadway Windover; and his brothers, Doug Windover (Chris) and Everett Windover (Sarah Lyn).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church (3103 E Mockingbird Ln, Victoria, TX 77904). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
