He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Rusty" Garner and Nora Garner; and his sister Cindi Kowalik (Garner). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Burrage; his children, Erin and Jeffery (Tara); his grandchildren, Crystalline Garner and Teagen Garner; and his nephew Justin Myers (Carrie).
