She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Mae Anderson Bice and Robert Bice; her husband Henry E. Hebert; her siblings, Ellen J. Parigi, Robert Bice and Jerry Anderson; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Kirkland and Homer Howe.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Felps (Carl) of Nederland and Brian Hebert (Teri) of Lumberton; her grandchildren, Joshua Hebert and Ali Hebert (Josh) of Lumberton; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Howe, Louis Hebert and Joe Hebert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
