It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daphne Glennell Williams of Vidor, Texas, who passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Daphne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Daphne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Daphne leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Williams of Vidor, Texas; her son Glen Williams (Bertha) of Mauriceville, Texas; her sister Faye Varner of Richmond, Texas; and her grandchildren, Morgan and Chelsea Williams.
