He is survived by: the mother of his children Debra Whitaker; his children, Christopher David Apgar and Jessica Apgar; his stepchildren, Sean Allen Lang, Deanna Thibodaux (Brad) and Marci Nilluka (Chad); his granddaughters, Alexandra Apgar and Anna Apgar; his sister Christine Pierre; his nieces and nephews, Amy Apgar-Miller, Dejeana Burke, Kim Wright, Shannon Bringhust, Tina Apgar, Angel Chatman, Tara Apgar, John Fisher, James Moore, Jason Moore and James Bartlett; and his siblings-in-law, Kate Apgar, Albert Fisher and Tom Moore. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
