He is survived by: his parents, Iris Perritt and Hubert Perritt; his wife Jamie Perritt; his daughters, Sabra Adkins Kosina (John) and Krystl Perritt Dawn (Joe); his grandchildren, Jaxon Kosina, Skylar Kosina, Emma Kosina, Gunner Dawn and Halley Dawn; and his sister Diance LeBlanc. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
