J, Welch and Cameron Welch; her siblings, Shirley Palermo of Lumberton, Jimmy Smith of Vidor and Ronnie Smith of Vidor; her brother-in-law Herman Rachal; and her caregivers, Tracy Wofford, April Gordon and Chelsea. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
