She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Sims and Jack Sims. She is survived by: her children, Denise Smith, Jerry Allen Smith and Tina Marie Decuir (Marty) of Vidor; and her grandchildren, Nina Decuir, Russell Decuir, Crystal Wales, Heather Wales, Lacy Wales, Aden Bergeron and Cheyenne Smith. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
