He is survived by: his children, Eddie Maxwell (Sandra) of Buna, Texas, Jerry Maxwell (Rachel) of Buna, Texas and Cara Monic (Thomas) of Lumberton, Texas; and his stepchildren, Pam Costello of Galveston, Texas, Chad Costello of Vidor, Texas and Mike Heads of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
