He is survived by: his wife Michelle Scott of Vidor, TX; his children, Joe D. Scott Jr. of Jefferson, TX, Heather Lynn Patton of Vidor, TX and Micheal Allan Scott of Vidor, TX; and his sister Pattilyn Perkins of Sour Lake, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
