With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith Elizabeth Sherman of Vidor, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2026 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Peeples and Ruby Ella Peeples (Geldard); her husband Jimmy Lee Sherman Sr.; her sons, Jimmy Lee Sherman Jr. and Lutellis A. "Buzz" Sherman III; her sister Joan Williams; and her granddaughter Casing Sherman.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Behn (Kelly), William "Bill" Sherman (Lisa), Timothy "Tim" Sherman (Missy) and James "Matt" Sherman (Jill); and her grandchildren, Natasha, Kelly, Bridget, Briana, Maison, Ahli, Marcia, Caelan, Athiea, Rowan, Halea, Ashleigh and Rylee. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
